וַיִּ֛בֶן עָרֵ֥י מְצוּרָ֖ה בִּיהוּדָ֑ה כִּֽי־ שָׁקְטָ֣ה הָאָ֗רֶץ וְאֵין־ עִמֹּ֤ו מִלְחָמָה֙ בַּשָּׁנִ֣ים הָאֵ֔לֶּה כִּֽי־ הֵנִ֥יחַ יְהוָ֖ה לֹֽו׃
